Recently, Suzhou Guanglinda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guanglinda") won a large order worth tens of millions of yuan for ultrasonic scanning equipment from a leading company. The order includes more than ten semiconductor automated production lines, marking that Guanglinda's ultrasonic scanning equipment has reached the level of stable mass application.

The GRD-CS series products (C-SAM), independently developed by Guanglinda, represent the first domestically produced fully automated ultrasonic testing equipment in the field of IGBT power devices. It is the first high-performance domestically produced ultrasonic scanning equipment brand. This product is a non-destructive testing tool that displays waveforms and graphics. Its newly developed NDTS software can detect defects such as pores, cracks, inclusions, and delamination within devices and materials, and perform statistical analysis of defect size and area. Without damaging the sample, it can assess the sample's usability and quality.
