In OLED manufacturing, limitations in the crystallization process can lead to non-uniformity in electrical parameters such as threshold voltage and mobility. This non-uniformity translates into differences in current and brightness within the OLED display device, which are perceived by the human eye—a phenomenon known as the Demura phenomenon. Demura is addressed by compensating for these color and brightness differences.
